Guidelines for Chocolate Lovers!

There is something about the rich, creamy texture and delicious, melt in your mouth chocolate pieces I offer.  It makes the hardest of days more manageable, it can turn a rushed moment into a relaxing one by biting in and enjoying the rich flavor of Merckens!  Well, at least I know this works for me.
In order for you to enjoy your experience while indulging in these delightful tastes, there are a few guidelines that I offer to insure that your chocolates are of the highest quality.

- Do Not Freeze or Refrigerate the chocolates.  Condensation changes the taste and texture and can ruin the chocolate.

- TRUFFLES:  Upon arrival make sure they are kept in an airtight container (if not consumed immediately) and the shelf life for homemade truffles is Two to Two and a Half Weeks. (If you refrigerate them, do not eat them until they have reached room temperature)

- Solid Chocolate Pieces - Shelf life can be up to six months in an airtight container.

- Chocolate Covered Cherries - The shelf life for these little wonders is Two and A Half Weeks.  Please consume them at room temperature and Keep them in an airtight container. (Ever have a WHITE CHOCOLATE  Cherry?  If not, why Not....Oh, because they don't make them....BUT I do.  Try them.)

- Last, but not least - ENJOY every mouth watering piece and experiment with ordering an assortment to experience Milk, Dark and White Choclates!
